1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone), data you input about your course and outings (organizer details, event information, financial data), and usage data (page views, feature usage, device information). We also collect information from organizers who interact with your proposals and portal.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; send proposals and communications on your behalf; process payments through Stripe; send transactional emails (proposals, confirmations, receipts); provide customer support; and analyze usage patterns to improve the product.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), SendGrid (email delivery), and Supabase (authentication). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Railway (database) and Vercel (application). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We implement role-based access control and audit logging.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days in our disaster recovery systems.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data at any time through the platform; export your data in CSV format; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and data; and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@caddence.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are privacy-focused and do not track individual users across websites.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
