By accessing or using the Caddence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Caddence is a software-as-a-service platform that helps golf courses manage outing and tournament inquiries, proposals, payments, logistics, and communications. The Service includes a staff dashboard, organizer portal, lead capture pages, email automation, and document generation.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; you agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment-related functionality.
You retain ownership of all data you input into Caddence, including organizer information, deal details, proposals, and communications. You may export your data at any time in CSV format. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious code; (e) use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Caddence. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caddence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
