Everything you need to get started with Caddence.

Getting Started

Follow these steps to set up your course and start managing outings.

Go to Settings > Course Profile and add your course name, location, contact info, and branding.

Go to Settings > Packages and set up your outing packages with pricing, inclusions, and add-ons.

Use the Calendar page to mark which dates are open for outings and block dates that are unavailable.

Your branded lead page is at caddence.com/c/your-course-slug. Share this URL on your website, email, and social media.

When a lead comes in, click Generate on the Proposals tab. AI writes a personalized greeting and calculates pricing from your package.

Send the proposal via email. Track opens, view duration, and acceptance in the deal detail. Follow-up emails send automatically.

How long does onboarding take?

A single working session — usually under an hour. We help you import your existing data, configure packages, and set up branding.

Does this replace my tee sheet software?

No. Caddence manages the outing sales pipeline and logistics. It complements your tee sheet, POS, and booking systems.

Who owns the data?

You do. All data you input is yours. You can export everything as CSV at any time from the platform.

How does the organizer portal work?

Each organizer gets a secure login to view their event details, submit player rosters, arrange pairings, and message your team — all self-serve.

What integrations are available?

Stripe for payments and SendGrid for email are connected today. Google Calendar and QuickBooks are on the roadmap.

Can organizers pay directly from the proposal?

Yes. Every proposal includes a "Secure Your Date" button that opens Stripe checkout. Deposits and balances are tracked automatically.
